   • Confirmation of reservations is subject to availability and will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee.

   • No-shows without prior cancellation notification will be charged the full amount.

3. Service Hours:

   • Our luxury chauffeur service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

   • Extensions beyond the initially agreed-upon service hours may be subject to additional charges.

4. Vehicle Specifications:

   • The type of vehicle requested will be provided based on availability and client preferences.

   • All vehicles are well-maintained, fully insured, and equipped with modern amenities for passenger comfort.

5. Chauffeur Conduct:

   • Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, courteous, and hold valid licenses.

   • Clients are expected to treat chauffeurs with respect, and any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.

6. Additional Charges:

   • Any additional services or unplanned stops requested during the journey may incur extra charges.

   • Tolls, parking fees, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the client.

7. Payment Terms:

   • Payment is required in full or agreed deposit amount prior to the commencement of the service.

   • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon methods.

8. Liability:

   • The luxury chauffeur service shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, accidents, or adverse weather conditions.

9. Damage to Vehicle:

   • Clients will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their party during the service.

• Any personal information provided by the client will be handled with utmost confidentiality in compliance with data protection laws.

1. Force Majeure:

   • The luxury chauffeur service shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and other unforeseen events.

By engaging our luxury chauffeur service, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion.
